He leads the firm's investment strategy and remains directly involved in every development and acquisition decision.

Dan serves as Vice President of KWB, LLC and Vice President of Capital Markets and Development for the company.

His primary role is the development of equity capital sources, structuring partnership offerings, and investor relations across every project KWB underwrites.

Danny is Vice President of Development and Finance of KWB, LLC.

His responsibilities include identification and analysis of development and acquisition opportunities, implementation of the company's debt structure, and assistance in equity procurement.

JoLynn is Controller, Treasurer and Secretary of both the company and KWB, LLC.

She brings more than 15 years managing the accounting, tax and audit functions of hotel companies, and leads financial reporting to KWB's investor partners.

Michael provides oversight of operations for the KWB portfolio of hotels.

In addition to his day-to-day operational responsibilities, Michael is the team's 'man-of-action' — going where needed and taking care of what needs to be done at the property level.
